Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled until the shipment is done. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned because of colour variations arising due to screen resolution or viewing angles of the device.
  • Replacement is possible if there is a damage in the product received.
  • Replacement is subject to the following conditions:
    1. Product has to be in original & unused state
    2. Request has to be raised within 2 days of delivery
    3. 360 degree unpacking video is a must
Replacement request can be raised by dropping a mail to [email protected] within 2 days from the date of delivery.
The defective/unused product will be replaced only after the receipt of the order from customer in the same condition.
Money will be refunded only in case of non availability of a replacement.
